Heavy Equipment Repairs offers heavy duty pressing services for steel equipment components. Plates can be formed to specific angles or refurbished as needed. We have 300 and 500 tonne CNC operated presses to accommodate a variety of projects.

300-Tonne Press

• Can bend or form material with a maximum thickness of 1.25”.
• Can form plates at 45 or 90 degree angles.
• Can bump plates into rounded fixtures.

500-Tonne Press

This press was built by Heavy Equipment Repairs specifically to straighten and repair damaged apron feeder pans for an oil and gas client. It can be used for a variety of other projects, and components of machinery.
