Our Machine Shop is equipped with manual lathes, CNC lathe and CNC Machining Centers, conventional milling and drilling machines, boring mills, honing equipment, hydraulic torqueing machines and a variety of support equipment and portable line boring equipment.

Our Technicians overhaul Heavy Oilfield Valves such as Dezurik, Murray Latta, Fabri, and Delta. Our valve repair facility completely overhauls all components including hydraulic, air and electric actuators, hydraulic cylinders, portable hydraulic power packs and every valve is hydro-tested before leaving the facility.

Heavy equipment Repair also offers Hydraulic cylinder repair and new replacement components.

Quick turnaround time and cost effective solutions go in to every overhaul of gear boxes, hydraulic power packs, pumps, motors, cylinders, and gear drive assemblies.

Our fully equipped machine shop offers services from conventional milling, to honing equipment and everything in between. Much of the machinery in our shop is fabricated on-site for customer-specific applications.

Our machine shop features:

• Section rolling to roll angle iron, flat iron, square tubing, or round bar into circles of different dimensions
• Automated cutting using the Hyd Mech M20A , an automatic CNC saw for repetitive cutting and cutting lengths
• Larger capacity straight cut saw for cutting pipe
• 500 tonne straightening press built in the shop, and overall hydraulic press for straightening large fixtures, bending or pressing various components
• 10 tonne overhead crane
